Lucida Requinto Mariachi Guitar The Lucida Requinto is a beautiful mariachi guitar with a bright, responsive tone similiar to a classical guitar, but with a higher pitch and a traditional body style. The requinto plays lead in mariachi bands, and is often used to form the "trio romantico," a traditional folkloric style of mariachi music. The Lucida Requinto features a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a rosewood bridge and fretboard, a multi-colored inlaid rosette, 3-ply body binding, brass frets and a 2-piece mahogany neck. The guitar has a soft cutaway design and is available with an optional solid top for an even richer tone. The new requnito with pickup features a Fishman Classic 4 Transducer pickup to amplify the bright tones of this traditional guitar. | Body Feature: | Cutaway | | Top: | Spruce (LG-RQ1) Solid Spruce (LG-RQ2) | | Back & Sides: | Mahogany | | Fretboard: | Rosewood | | Neck: | 2-Piece Mahogany | | Finish Type: | Gloss | | Rosette: | Multi-Colored | | Tuner Machines: | Nickel-Plated | | Pickup: | N/A | | Scale Length: | 21.5" | | Truss Rod: | N/A | | Frets: | 18 | | Binding: | 3-Ply | | Purfling: | 2-Ply (w/b) | | Bridge: | Rosewood | | Strings: | AXL | | Upper Bout: | 10-1/8" | | Lower Bout: | 13-1/4" | | Nut, Width: | 1-7/8" | | Depth: | 3-15/16" | | Body Length: | 16-5/8" | | Total Length: | 34" | |
